We quote after seeing the actual surface, not off a phone description of 'just a repaint.'

We stage by room or zone rather than closing the whole site, so a corridor or office can keep operating while another section is being coated. Schools and aged care often want the reverse - full closure during holidays or weekends. Tell us which constraint applies to your site and the program is built around it.

It happens, particularly on older render. If we find flaking that goes deeper than expected, timber that's soft, or a substrate that won't hold a coat, we stop and show you before continuing. If it needs plaster or carpentry first, that's the same Reliant account - one job, not a second tender.

Exterior coatings need the surface dry and within the right temperature window to cure, so a wet Victorian week can push a program out. We'll tell you the realistic window when we quote, and if we do get caught mid-coat, we protect the work in progress and pick up as soon as conditions allow.
